Shinshu

Located 800 meters high in Miyata village on Kuyshu Island, Shinshu distillery was founded in 1985 by Hombo Shuzo Ltd, producer of shochu since 1872. Shinshu’s whisky is distilled only during the harsh winters of the island, and is sold under the brand name “Mars Whisky” and “Komagatak”.
